Our country is hit with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease since 23rd January 2020 and there is no cure for this horrifying disease till today. World Health Organization (WHO) on 11 March 2020 declared COVID-19 a pandemic as it has hundred thousand of cases around the world.
On 3rd April 2020, our Prime Minister, Mr Lee Hsien Loong announced that schools will be closed for 4 weeks from 8th April 2020 to 4th May 2020. Schools will be shifting to full Home-Based Learning during this period.
Ministry of Education (MOE) will be suspending all forms of face to face tuition classes including one to one home tuition. Mid-year examinations will be cancelled but year-end examinations such as promotional examinations, PSLE, O Levels and A Levels examinations will still be held.
